Shipping Policy

Shipping Within Australia Only

At Slow Aesthetics, we currently ship only within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time.

Processing Time

As a small business run alongside a busy family life, please allow extra time for order processing before your package is shipped. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. All packages are sent with Authority to Leave. However, with Australia Post, if they deem there is no safe place on the premises to leave a parcel they'll leave a card and take it to the nearest port office for collection. 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping- same state: 2–4 business days

• Standard Shipping- interstate: 3–6 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs are a flat-rate of $11.30.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. We also take no responsibility for lost parcels with Australia Post.If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact Australia Post with your tracking details. 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
